Why SuiteEstate?

Simply put, you need a real estate tool that can grow with you and keep you in the loop. SuiteEstate is a user-friendly platform that will allow the passing of documents to each/all parties in the real estate process.

Is the Site secure?

Yes, all documents and personal information are secure with SuiteEstate. Only the people involved in the transaction can see information based on their personal access security. For example, only the mortgage company will be able to see a buyer's information pertaining to that loan.

How much is the membership fee?

SuiteEstate currently has no membership fees and is open for all parties to use. In return, we humbly request that you to spread the word about our site.

How can I reset my login information?

If you forgot your login information, please click forget password and simply enter your email address. Information to reset your account will be emailed directly to you.

How do I cancel my account?

Cancelling your account is as simple as logging in and clicking the icon on the left panel aptly named "Delete Account". Doing so, will remove your account information from the site.

Can documents be uploaded and downloaded?

Yes. Log into your account and click the upload or download document icon.

Can documents be digitally signed?

Not at this time, but it is coming soon!

Can I invite others?

Yes, once in your account you can send an invitation to anyone.

How do I get support?
